Don't judge someone on something you're not...
if they’re having a hard time doing their job, I’m sure as hell that you wouldn’t even get the job done. Appreciate them for trying their best.
Don't be afraid to admit that you're wrong
continuing to argue over something meaningless doesn’t make your point valid. It just makes you look like an arrogant douche. It’s one thing to maintain your dignity but not if you’re going to come off as cocky. Believe or not, people respect you more when you reveal your faults. It just shows you’re human and that you make mistakes too.
